The Unconscious is a System Input

Why the next evolution of intelligence won’t be built by AI alone — but by humans who understand their own unconscious mind.

If your mind is unfocused, distracted, dysregulated,

algorithms learn that version of you.

If your mind is self-aware, discerning, stable,

algorithms learn that version of you.

Watch three videos on a topic or what your connections share with you, and watch the signal adjust.

Your inner world is infact observable data. Those you frequently connect with, who you follow, and what they consume are extensions of what the machine learning about you.

You are what you eat, you are what you consume. Show me your content consumption, and I’ll show you your value system.

Your habits, sleep cycles, biology, bio-chemistry, neurobiology, spirals, loops and patterning, are all sitting in data sets across all the platforms, devices , purchase history, transaction data, watched history, and conversational data.

Your consumption patterns are training material.

Training for predicting when your likely to purchase, seek, consider, review or evaluate all things, you’re next desire, life phase, need or nervouse system state is in. Identifiers and signals, of what is most relevant to “feed” your next impulse.

Your unconscious is part of a larger feedback loop.

Today, the digital world doesn’t just “tell you.” It predicts you.

Then, it shapes, amplifies or distorts environments around you.

Prompting and seeding. It nudges, reinforces, anticipates.

Influences, Self concept, world view, internal narrative and conversation.

The number of channels to connect has increased, yet value and longevity of connections, are questionable more than before.

How original are your thoughts, if most of your time is spent consuming other people’s words, expressions, at such a high frequency and for hours on end?

Subliminal messaging is always on, and if your attention is held captive, viewing others, how much of your own mind are you making up. How much of what you feel is yours?

Identity is not solo creation or original thought… (never has been- we are products of past conditioning and the brain hallucinates the past projections into the moment, giving us a false sense of future safety).

Now, we have products of algorithms beyond the device , humans are walking around and having conversations, sounding like another newsfeed with it’s video on autoplay “love it for you”. Sounding the same.

We have the distortion of spiritual teachings - “the feminine” selling skin for more content (over) exposure for attention that holds the promise of monetiztion rewards - under the guise of body ‘freedom’ , courage to express, visibility and divinity.

The Over sexualization of the body, and click bait for predator behaviours feeding on exploitation.

False light, that is then amplified at scale. IF you’re unconcious - you opt into that. And without value systems, we cannot master discernment to know that.

What good is “awareness” when we pretend like half a truth , is not a whole lie? Normalising sin, makes it no longer sinful? #thinkonthesethings

The digital eco-system reinforces, what is already in the psyche. Conscious and unconscious. This includes, engineered bias. Cultural bias, gender bias, Predatory behaviours, power dynamics. All of it, delivered to you in bite sizes, on-demand.

If your shadows govern you, your shadows are normalised on your newsfeeds and preferences.

Which means, you can get trapped in a loop and never break the patterns of behaviour that limit you, because distortion and maladaptive behaviours gets normalised as your version of reality through constant reinforcement of seeing something often. Desensitising. Losing your ability to feel and process, the very essence of the human being. Sentience.

This is why knowing your own architecture and being intentional with attention, and time, is sophisticated, purifying discipline. We confuse discipline with routine. Although related - Not the same thing.

FREEDOM?

We have confused accessibility (of endless choices) - as freedom. That - infact, is slavery… a slave to endless options and external stimuli, slave to impulses at the tap of the button of convenience. Slaves to distraction, wrapped in the whatever we sell ourselves as ‘spiritual’ or ‘healthy’ or ‘self -loving’ . Freedom Addiction wears many masks. They come in various apps. The compulsion to look at a screen as second nature, for a feeling of comfort.

Technology doesn’t just overpower the human mind. It mirrors it. It can be your allie, or your toxic enabler. Discernment matters. Integrity matters.

What I say, and what I do, is in union = Coherence. “Alignment”.

AI learns from us.
It mimics our patterns, our signals, our biases, our blind spots.

This means the future isn’t determined by the sophistication of the technology,

but by the sophistication of the humans training it.

Your usage behaviour and habits, is it’s training. If you use a device, you are training machines. Swipe a card, shop online. Training.

You are the product.

In today’s world:

Your nervous system becomes dyed with the content of your feed. The music you listen to, What narratives, scripts, stories, do you accept?

What imagery do you consume. Does it align with the values you project?

Compulsion, a result of distorted energetics, fuelled by a mind that has lost control and a spirit exposed to contamination.

Lust, desire, attention, impulse. So, are you free? Free to choose which app or chat to get some cheap dopamine from. Endless choices or taken captive by endless compulsion, endless contamination.

No longer philosophical , platforms are designed on neuropsychology and physiology. A literal design principle of the digital age. The ad you saw was not a “sign from the universe”. It was predicted persuasive messaging based on your endless data trails. That includes voice.

What we scroll creates who we become.
