That would mean, TWO generations of females within your bloodline, MIGHT see the fruits of being employed, paid and promoted into leadership roles that are on par and equal to male counterparts within the same role and industry.

This is not about being a feminist, this is a clear social injustice. A human error that needs to be addressed for rapid change to take place and progress made, hopefully - in this lifetime.

It's not enough to appoint the "shopfront” - a female in a leadership position, without, the empowerment/support that she needs to innovatively effect change OR appointing the "Queen Bee” to ensure that the hive knows their rank - and existing management and culture continue with their dated ways.
